Moong Dal Sprouts Fry Recipe:🤩

Ingredients:🍽️

2 cups moong dal sprouts

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 green chillies 

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

A pinch of asafoetida (hing)

2-3 curry leaves

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


Method Of Preparation:🧐

1.In a pan, heat the oil on medium flame. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.


2.Add asafoetida, and curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.


3.Add the chopped onion and green chillies. Cook until the onions turn soft and translucent.


4.Add pinch of turmeric powder, and  1/2 spoon of red chilli powder. 


5.Add sprouts,Mix in the moong dal sprouts and stir well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame until the sprouts are tender.


6.Add salt and mix thoroughly. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.


7.Enjoy your moong dal sprouts fry as a side dish or a healthy snack!
